Harnessed safely into a bungee system, kids enjoy a high-energy workout that feels more like play than exercise, combining fitness, coordination, and pure fun in every jump. ✨ What to Expect Exciting Movement: Participants are secured in a harness attached to bungee cords, allowing them to jump, bounce, and spin with support — making fitness fun and accessible. Fitness Benefits: This low-impact activity helps improve cardio health, balance, coordination, and strength while being gentle on the joints. Confidence Boost: Youth Bungee encourages kids to challenge themselves, try new moves, and celebrate their progress in a safe and supportive environment.
